Louanne Romaneck presented the report for the Lake Arrowhead calendar fundraiser. This is the 4th year that we sold calendars. Volunteers from the community chose the pictures for the calendars and she received very positive responses. We purchased 133 calendars and 125 were definitely sold. Our total profit was $ I ,499.78 from the calendar sales.
The Arrowhead Prop Busters held a fishing tournament on Saturday, August 19,2017. 22 boats showed up to participate in the event. It was a great day with the largest fish weighing in at 5pd 5.0oz. APB donated $1,153 to LACC. Thanks to Shannon Doyle and APB for their generosity.
Kathy Hart presented the report on the Bottle Drive. LACC has an account at JD’s
Redemption Center (across from Hannaford in Waterboro). Just drop off your returnable cans and bottles and tell that you want to donate your cash deposit to LACC. They will place your donation slip in an envelope for LACC and Kathy periodically collects the funds. This year, we received $190.35 in donations.
Phil Oreto presented a report on his golf tournament fundraiser that was held on July 15, 2016 at the Providence Lake Golf Course. It was a record turnout of 57 golfers! Phil raised $2,250 for LACC. The 10 year goal is 72 golfers for a full course and to raise $3,000. Congratulations to all of the winners and thanks to the folks at Province Lake who worked very hard to ensure that we had a successful event. Thanks to the Lakeside Market for sponsoring our event for a third year in a row and to the Peppermill for the wonderful post event cookout.

We sold 427 raffle tickets compared to 430 from last year. As a result, we raised $4,270 from the raffle.
Out of the 130 calendars purchased, 124 were sold and the net proceeds to LACC were $1,560.98, which is $51.12 more than the year before. The calendars sold for $20 each.
The Fishing Tournament that was hosted by the Arrowhead Prop Busters on August 20th resulted in a donation of $898.50 to LACC. It was a great day for the 12 boats that participated in the event. Some big fish were caught that day. The largest fish for the day was 5 pounds 4.2 ounces. Special thanks to Shannon Doyle and APB for their generosity.
Phil Oreto presented a report on his golf tournament fundraiser that was held in July at the Point Sebago Golf Course. It was a great day with 52 players this year. Phil raised $2,008.12 for LACC breaking his goal of $2,000. This year they had a hole in one challenge and golf towels as gifts in addition to providing a great buffet. Phil gave a special thanks to the Lakeside Market and The Peppermill Restaurant for sponsoring the event.

The yard sale raised $3,500 this year. Over the last seven years, we have raised over $27,000 from the yard sale. That is a lot of junk. We will be taking a break from the yard sale. It is a lot of work and requires significant manpower and storage.
